Wells Fargo Auto loans have transferred over to the catch-all "wellsfargo" site over the weekend. I can't gain access to the new site and keep getting the "we don't know you" type of message when trying to use the enrollment link they provide.
Anybody else having issues, or is it just me?

Called the phone # that appears after enrollment failures that past few days.
I paid the loan off a couple of weeks ago, and since the account was paid off WF did not create an online account for me when they transitioned to the new system. I have no online access to my account to view payments, statements, etc. It's as if my accounts don't exist.
Luckily, I saved some stuff just after paying off the loan. Also, they show that my letter of payoff and title info for the DMV processed out last week, so I'm happy as long as that is accurate.
