What banks use FICO auto enhanced scores? I had one auto Loan for 1 Years and 6 Mounts payed in full, never late. Does that mean that my FICO auto enhanced scores are higher then my classic FICO?
I think most, if not all. use auto enhanced scores for auto loans. Prior good history on an auto loan should count in your favor. I think they might also look at mortgage loans too, though not sure about that. So it's possible good auto history could be outweighed by negative mortgage history.
I have a terrible car payment history but my auto score is always higher.
from what i read on the thing with this is the loans that you do have out but a major factor for the car loans are any red flags that they see in your report when they pull it to see where your at and what they can give you to work with on scores. The companies work together as im sure you know so they are grouped in these ways by the different company that group will all be the same so better to look at that and go from the other factor they look at which is any major holes or large gaps of no credit no history no type of activity showing in your credit report as well as large amounts of credit taken out with no intent showing on your part to pay and of course the time of these matters but not as much as the ability to demonstrate any stability or any type of long term establishments credit wise. That "red flags" the car dealers to see that you need to start at the beginning by dropping any large debts you may have some even with a large down payment and an ability to show the income is available to carry the debt applying for its a no go.

I think mortgages and other installment loans (not student though) may be weighed higher in an auto-enhanced score. All major lenders will, including those at dealerships. Some smaller lenders and various CU's may use a classic FICO.
