You're looking at 6-12 months max for score recovery - as for the pulls being treated as 1 pull for scoring purposes, unfortunately that only works if the pulls themseles are correctly coded as auto finance. Give it a month (you're not apping for anything else this soon, right?), then pull a 3B to see how your score looks once the loan itself is reporting and things have at least settled in a little.
