Can tell you that a refinance for 48 months would need to be under 3.15% to save you money.
You are at the part of your loan where you are paying off the loan and already lost the majority of the loans interest
If you really need the payment reduction, OK, but you would need a good loan to save any money. 
Why pay for another 4 years, with only 2 left ?
