 I was hoping to refi my 12.13% BoA loan... Guess I just suck!  I think that the length of time DQ is crap, I've only been alive 25 years, how am I supposed to have a long credit history!

Your scores are a little below the national average, but are good. Remember, credit is very tight right now for everyone. Chase, my bank for 20+ years, doesn't like me either.

I'd forget BoA, and visit a few credit unions. CU's, for the most part, are very consumer-friendly.

I haven't even tried with BoA yet... I was hoping to get Penfed but they gave me that line... Do you think if I get a cosigner and write a letter it would change anything??

I've never had late payments or anything.  even when I was working part time at Kmart I would scrape together enough money to pay everything on time.
