denied Capital One Auto refinance FICO 721

i applied for auto refinaince using the capital one website  but i recived an email a day later  that they denied my application .

my stats . 

2017 car , $14000  current apt %7.8. 

$30 k income , own home . 

any suggestions?

Generally the number one reason Cap1 denies a refinance is if the Loan to Value is too high.  If you are refinancing 14,000 but the car is only worth 10,000 then they won't refinance even for a 850 score.

What Kree said. I believe Cap1 only does up to 80%LTV. In contrast, my credit union will do up to 120%. You should try going to a credit union.
