Re: penfed auto

@Anonymous Hello and welcome to Fico Forums!  As to the score needed for an auto loan with PenFed, that will depends on a lot of factors.  With auto loans scrore is part of the equation but doesn't make up the entire loan.  Scores matter, don't get me wrong, but also your debt to income ration, your overall credit profile, if you have money down, employment history, etc.

PenFed has been known to approve with lower credit scores as long as the other factors of the loan can compensate for that missing piece of the puzzle.  Please do chime back in with more info about what your overall profile looks like and if you can answer any of the above that I've mentioned as it relates to income, etc.

This forum is filled with LOTS of folks willing to jump in and help with most aspects of finances and lending.  Just about any situation that you can encounter has probably been hashed out by many forum members who will be happy to share their data points and experience.
