Just got discharged from Chp 7 bankruptcy in July 2014. Applied for a loan at Roadloans. Got approved for $18,000 for 18.82% with zero down. Looking at a vehicle around $13,000. My Fico score is 595 with Equifax and 548 with Transunion. My husband's are about the same. I was just shocked we got approved for a loan.
Looking at purchasing at CarMax. Do you think we will get better financing through a different place at CarMax?

yes you will probably see a better rate come back when you pick a car and apply at carmax directly even if it's roadloans you might see a point or so better.
Another question, we will have about $6,000 for a down payment will this also help us get a better APR?
Just out of curiosity what was your credit history? My scores are around yours and I'm just trying to see what I should expect once I apply!
