Additional Capital one Card??

Thanks in advance for the advice.  I am rebuilding after filing Chapter 7. It was discharged 1 year ago. I have Credit One $450(closing today), Ollo $300 and Cap 1 Savor $1k. All unsecured. Cap 1 is pre approving me for and additional card. Savor, Venture, Quicksilver or Platinum. I would like a Savor REWARDS Or Venture REWARDS, but I am only preapproved for the lesser product. I mistakenly paid my current Savor from the wrong account and although remedied, they will not increase the limit because of a returned payment.

Should I pull the trigger for the additional Cap 1 card and hope it increases my footprint? Cap 1 thus far is the only Preapproval I've been granted.

 Scores are 672eqfx. 669tu and 683exper

Have you tried any other banks pre approval tools?  Honestly, Savor is the only card in that list worth having and you already have that.  $1k isn't terrible and you can always cycle it if needed.  Cap One is known for increasing limits (sometimes) with heavy use.  Rather than take a triple HP from Cap One, I'd see if you could get a pre approval for another bank, maybe Chase or NFCU or even AmEx.  It can't hurt to look at your options.

Ditto @Varsity_Lu

I wouldn't app a card I didn't want just to have another account. Save the hp for one You want. As your scores improve, you'll have more choices.
