I was approved and received a Navy Federal Credit Union American Express card for $25,000. What is the difference between my American Express card and the one that is issued from American Express???

American Express is also a payment network like Visa and Mastercard. Your card is being serviced by NFCU but on the American Express network instead of Visa or Mastercard.
