I filed BK 12/06 D/C 3/07 and I had a collection included in the BK and the Collection showing up under the collection information area of EQ cr. Do anyone have a suggest to help this problem. They reporting as included in BK. DOFD 5/06 If I improve or remove it would real increase my score right now 535 12/12/07, 11/08/07 528 increase a few points this week from disputing 3 inquiries and removing to 1 old collection hospital bill and 5 yr old Chevron account charge off. I have tried disputing not mine have not heard anything yet.
I will try any approach just give me the chance!
