Cap One $250 CLI or Walmart Mastercard?

I will be 2 years discharged as of June for Chap 7. I currently have three CCs which are $500 Credit One (Paid Off), $1000 credit union card reporting about 85% utilized, and $3000 Quicksilver reporting 85% but currently maxed out. I have been over the limit on my Capital One Card for almost two weeks and decided to apply for a CLI (this card will be 8 months old in about 2 weeks) and they offered only $250 and I declined. I done the pre approval tool and was pre approved for Platinum, QS One and QS secured which are worse then what I have now so I didnt take any offers. I then done the pre approval for the Walmart Rewards Card and was pre approved for the Walmart Rewards Mastercard. Should I take the $250 CLI, and app for the Walmart card since I was pre approved or just wait it out till I have all my cards reporting paid off/almost paid off?

Two maxed out cards are killing your scores. Pay them down. Scores go up and better approval odds. If you cant pay it dont charge it. If you messing with passing your CL. Take what Cap1 gives. Your not going to get big CLI's with maxed out cards. They'll be scared you'll keep running up the balance. Dont let history repeat itself.

I don't mean to be negative but you're only 2 years out on your BK7 and already racking up debt? I would accept the CLI. DO NOT APP for anything let alone a WM Mastercard and pay down your debt. I discharged my BK7 back in August 2019 and if I decide to spend more than I like on my CC I never charge anything I cannot pay off within 2-3 months.
