So last week I started thinking about a new car. Thought it would take me a while to find the exactly one I wanted but turned out, I found it within minutes at a dealer near my house. Went Saturday morning, told them what I was willing to pay per month and what max interest rate I would be willing to go to, even knowing there was a BK and low and behold, they gave me exactly what I wanted!! What a great weekend!
Congrats!!!! what was the interest rate if you dont mind telling?

Next time try not doing this.. I used to be a desk manager and this is asking for trouble. The best customer is one that focuses on a monthly payment. Always do the math ahead of time so you know what you can afford. If you can, get financing from somewhere else so you just walk in with a check and the final sales price is all that matters.

In all honestly, I didn't even think I would get approved but good points on all sides. They actually got me a payment $22.00 BELOW what I was willing to pay. Interest rate was 12.49%. I'm going to refi in a year to get that down but considering my last car loan before the bankruptcy had a rate of 24%, I was pretty happy.
