Charge off on credit after BK

Not sure how to handle this. A charge off for a credit card is on my report but was part of my BK13 (discharged). I disputed but it was not removed. Has anyone else dealt with this situation?

The status of an account before filing sticks. So if you had charge offs before filing. It should say Charged off/Included in Bankruptcy. All accounts must have IIB in the comment section. Same as lates. They dont go away either. It will fall off 7yrs after the DoFD.
