Credit card statements

Does the trustee review your credit card statements to see your purchases prior to filing? I'm curious because I decided to file but I had to use my my cards to pay bills and purchase groceries due to my bank account being garnished. I also bought a vacuum which was in the plans prior to the bank garnishment. I just don't want to get in trouble for anything.

Re: Credit card statements

Mines only asked for my bank statement. However, my lawyer told me to stop using my credit cards prior to filing. He said that if I didn't it, the creditor could object and that debt could potential not be discharged. Talk with you lawyer. He should be able to give you the best advice.
