Quick question as i've read conflicting information. Assuming all credit accounts were paid on time with no payments late/missing up to bankruptcy filing date, is it still appropriate for the accounts to report date of first deliquency?
Additionally myfico report shows that experian is labeling all of my BK accounts as 90 days late. However it doesn't show that on my annualcreditreport report. Is that correct and how would I even dispute it since it doesn't show up on their official report?
Welcome @Throttle
If all payments were on time and never late. The DoFD doesnt apply in BK. The lates are some weird thing the CRA's do. Shows on Vantage especially.

If they weren't late, file disputes on all of the accounts that weren't late and tell them they were never late and should be "Included in Bankruptcy - Never Late".
This actually does make a difference. Not a tremendous one compared to the bankruptcy, but if you leave it alone it will reflect more negatively on you than it should.
Thank you guys for the responses. I will dispute them.
