Does Credit Report Comments Remain after Discharge?
Hi, I’m curious if comments like Charge-Off, Lates and highlight months late remain on the credit reports after a Chapter 7 discharge. I understand the accounts should reflect IIB but is this included with previous file history and comments? Thanks
