EX reporting incorrect in ch 13?

Currently at the end of my ch 13. I have 5 payments left in a long 5 yr plan. I have another thread posted about purchasing a home. So, I looked at my fico 3b report today and noticed experian is reporting a revolving account that was included in my ch 13. It is a local credit union credit card. EQ and TU is repoting it correctly as ch 13. Under payment status on EX the 3b report it says "Unpaid balance reported as a loss by credit grantor" my credit limit was $2000 and EX also shows a balance of $1948 so my credit utilization says 97%. EX is also reporting it as a CO every month for the last year. My questions are is this something i need to dispute? Is this something thats hurting my score? Im super new to all this and appreciate all the good feedback.

Re: EX reporting incorrect in ch 13?

They are also reporting a ch 7 on my car loan. The car loan was secured debt in my ch 13 case. should i dispute that?
