Hello everyone! Has anyone had any luck getting a bankruptcy removed with an early exclusion recently?
I called Experian and asked for one that's about to fall off in 3 months and they said bankruptcies are excluded from early exclusions. I called back and got the same answer. Interestingly enough TransUnion removed mine 5-6 months early. Haven't tried equifax heard they are more difficult
You have waited this long I'd just wait out the last couple months, some have had success with it and others t turned into a nightmare from what I read on here. But congrats on getting to that 10 years!

In the same position. July will be 10 years for me. TU took the EE 12 months early. I just disputed EX and EQ today online and dont expect anything but what the hell. If nothing comes of it I'll just let it ride out. summer will be here before we know it but its sooooo close and I realy want to see the numbers change. I will say though, the BK on file hasn't prohibitted me from achieveing anything to date.
Yes... dispute online. I just got a collection removed from TU and will do the same when I'm ready for EE for the PR.
