First Tech FCU and Recently Discharged BK7

I was discharged from BK7 on 1-3-24. 

I recently obtained membership to First Tech FCU and was wondering about their credit cards. I have read here on the forums that they do not like profiles with exorbitant TCL's. Has anyone had experience with them in terms of rebuilding? I have a few approvals to this point but realistically am just beginning my rebuild journey and want to know if it's worth a HP to apply now.
