Forms needed for 341 meeting

At a recent meeting with my new attorney, he gave me a write-up of everything that would be needed for the filing.  Included was a reference only to the personal  property form  and a comment that the trustee may ask for other forms.

In looking online for info needed for the filing, there are other forms required, such as income and expenses.

Is it really at the trustee's discretion on what forms he or she might ask for?

Whatever your lawyer gave you to fill out is really all you need to do. And get everything from their checklist completed on time and given back to them. The rest is done by the paralegal on a computer program they use and off it goes to the court electronically.
