Help!-Dismissed Bankruptcy Ch 13-Rebuild My Life

I filed Oct 2005 against my own will during my marriage. We have sinced then divorced and I'm trying to re-establish my credit. What are the first steps? I'm just now about to lease an apartment we lost everything house and cars during this divorce. Don't know where to begin.

First  get a copy of all 3cr. Find out where you stand. Check to make sure whats yours or his. Then start disputting whats not your,or what is not correct. Than start a plan. Must have a plan and a goal. Everyone here is very helpfull.

Make sure that you ready: Credit 101 and all the rest. Than start  looking at all the forums that pretain to you, and alway ask questions.
