I browsed and did not see this topic anywhere. Long story short, I filed, got an attorney all that, then was advised through a CPA before the process of a judges' ruling etc, that I should try to contact my creditors to work on things instead. I was in the midst of a divorce, things were bad, probably all couldve been handled better.
My main question is, since I didnt actually go through with it, is there a way to get it removed from my credit report?
No. Once you file for it sticks on your report. I did do the same thing some time in 1992 and filed for BK and later withdrew it. But it stayed on report for 10 years before it dropped off. Things might have changed since then and now. I doubt if that can be removed. I'll let others chime in. Good luck.

Nope, can't get it removed. The act of filing not discharge is what trigger credit reporting. It also doesn't matter if it was a voluntary dismissal or not.
