Information about info on pacer

Hi All again,

Looking to see if I actually need to do anything i see about the reaffirmation agreement on pacer, so here is the following on pacer:

13	Filed & Entered: 01/16/2020 Terminated: 01/17/2020	Reaffirmation Agreement
14	Filed & Entered: 01/17/2020	Reaffirmation Reviewed

It says terminated and then entered again, was this agreement terminated by cap one or is it just the way its entered into the system.

I tried calling American info source which is handling the account atm, i sent a bill pay payment to them but for some reason they gave me no info on this. I asked my attorney but they are no longer responding to any of my requests lol, what you want for 2k. Not sure if I should be worried that the agreement didn't go through or was denied. I have seen some issues with American info source regarding this matter and them saying the agreement didn't go through. Thanks  again everyone for any information on this.

Looks to be entered wrong initially. The termination is before the more recent filed\entered so I would say you are OK here. Check with your lawyer though.

Thanks for the information, I did reach out to my attorney, but they are not responding to me unfortunately. I might reach out to American info source again tomorrow to check on it again and see if I can actually get an answer. Thanks again.

Hi again everyone,

So an updates on the pacer, I called American info source which handles cap 1 auto during the bk process. They have recieved and accepted the reaffirmed car paperwork. They also verified my bill pay auto loan was paid on time and to the right place. 

Cap 1 will get the loan back once the bk7 is discharged. I sent in my tax return already and am hoping the make a ruling on my rideshare LLC and the inventory from the other one. Tax return was low, only 300 which was great as I figured I owed, lol. Well that's all for now, just have to be patient and wait, just wish she would rule so I can move on. Thanks again everyone.

Thats weird that Cap1 has a company to handle payments and such during BK. Over 4 yrs ago I had to pay by phone for a few months directly to them. Once DC'ed online access opened up again and the truck was paid off 8 months later.

I sent my payment directly to cap 1 from the address on my payment vouchers I printed off before I lost online access. I think they are an off shoot of cap 1 to just handle bks and collections. But they verified everything and all is good, once I am discharged they said it would take about 30 days for online access again.
