Life after chapter 13

I am lost as a ball in tall weeds and I need help. Filed in Feburary 2013, sitting at a 579 and not moving. I have no open accounts nor have I applied for any. I still have a collection notice for a medical bill which was included. Does that come off?  My car is part of my bkr and I am repaying this off however it show in the red and that I am past due. Should they be displaying pp or kd or something else. Please help..

Are you still in your CH-13 or have you been discharged after successful completion?? Did you switch it to a CH-7. Need some more info here.
