Long time lurker, first time poster. Filed CH7 back in January. Had my original MOC last month and knew that I may have some issues. Didn't help that the US Trustee lit fire under the guy in front of us. After the meeting, the US Trustee sent me a bunch of questions and a couple of forms to correct. Had the continuation meeting about 30 minutes ago. Same guy from last time got lit up again right before us. Our turn, US Trustee says he asked for things, I provided them and he was happy. Trustee said the same, said that he'll record it as no asset and wish us good luck in the future. And now we wait but I feel so much better now.

That sounds like very good news!
Best wishes with your discharge.
Do you remember what the other poor guy was lit up for?
Congrats. Its behind you now.
The first time was because there were no bank statements submitted, the original filing was in 2018 but nothing was done until almost 2020, most of the schedules were incomplete and/or not signed. Her first lawyer had his license pulled because he was deceitful and incompetent (trustee's words).
Yesterday under oath, the lady said she reviewed the schedules but didn't sign them. The lawyer said she did. The trustee advised them both to stop talking as not for the lawyer to commit more perjury. Also the US trustee sent the lawyer a bunch of questions and schedule amendment requests (same as me, but I filed pro se and turned them around quickly). They asked him if he had any new cases and he said that he had five left and then he was done with bankruptcy law because he was too old. The kicker: the person who prepared the documents for him (his clerk) was the lady's original, disbarred lawyer.
So fun times and my case followed that. Twice.
