I'm about 2 months post-BK7 and I got an invitation to the Ollo Platinum Mastercard. Between my discharge and today, the only solicitations I've gotten were for car loans (I don't drive) and "almost-payday" loans out of a Native reservation in Michigan where most "regular" laws don't apply.
Doing research on Ollo on this board I find most people who have it like it. However, I've read on other websites scary things like unauthorized charges showing up and Ollo staff not being helpful about it. I've also read they hold your payment for 10 days before restoring your CL.
The last part doesn't bother me as I plan to follow my BK lawyer's advice: take the first card offered, use it only to buy gas, and PIF every month. (Of course, since I don't drive, I'll personally modify that to "refill my Go To (public transit) Card.) No AF is a big plus to me!
However, nasty/unhelpful staff to customers who are fraud victims would make it a No Ollo for me. Life is just too short....
Please tell me what your experiences with Ollo have been, especially talking to staff.
P.S. I noticed Ollo is Bank of Missouri. I burned them on a Verve for $800 in the BK, but I was also a "good" non-PIF customer for several years before everything went haywire. Do you think that's why they think I fit their profile (non-PIF but not likely to burn them)? Ironically, I will probably be PIF due to now having surplus cash. LOL!
I got the OLLO about 45 days post DC. No complaints. Haven't experienced a '10 day wait to restoring credit limit'? Pay the bill on line, 2-3 days later and it clears, and the payment is reflected in my available credit. Just like every other CC company.
I called CS once to find out when statement cut date was and the call was friendly and professional, as i expect it should be.
FYI, they pulled TU and EX, so expect 2 hard pulls.
Of my three rebuilder cards, Ollo is my favorite. Mainly because the CL post-payment is restored the next business day, but also because they allow five payments in a 30-day period. CreditOne and Mission Lane restrict the number of payments to four, and they usually will hold the paid portion of the CL for up to seven days before releasing it. I haven't had bad experiences with Ollo customer service over the phone, they are generally very helpful and courteous to me.

Thanks, both people who replied! I am guessing the few people who had bad experiences with Ollo, as with most CCs, didn't read/follow the rules in the fine print. Since I'm very careful about that stuff, I may give Ollo a try....

Or think that they should get what they had before in terms of perks and payment speeds. There is a reason why we have to get those cards. They seem to forget, some how they messed up and have to prove themselves. Not including those who have legitmate claims.
I personally do not have a card with them, but a friend does. She thinks very highly of them and has not complaints at all.

I got like five pre-qualification solicitations from them and went ahead and applied early in the process of rebuilding (only had Fingerhut credit-builder). Was not approved. At least after the denial, they stopped sending the solicitations. I was later able to get C1 Platinum and Merrick bank credit card. Good luck on the app! Let us know how it goes.
I'm three months post discharge and received a mailer for Ollo a couple days ago. I had two of three cards needed for a rebuild and I don't qualify for cap 1 or Merrick. I applied today and was approved for 1500. I too have read about payment processing delays and rude customer service but here's to hoping it's a good experience.
I've had the Ollo rewards card with a $1600 limit since late September of last year, my BK was discharged in July 2019, and I've had zero issues with them. I haven't had to call them or had any unauthorized charges, so can't say on that, but my payments are posted pretty quickly.
