Question

Greetings, I filed for bankruptcy in December 2013. Right now it only appears in the transunion report. My question is, is bankruptcy reported in all three agencies?

I hope it won't be long before it disappears from the transunion report. Already in December 2020 he turns 7 years old

Re: Question

Generally, it reports to all three.  I filed Ch 13 back in 2014, and it appeared on EX, EQ, and TU.  One year left before it falls off for me.

Re: Question

ZurdoPR,

Did you file BK7 or BK13?

If it was BK13 then you can call TU and ask for Early Exclusion and they should remove it as it is already 6.5 years old.

As for the other agencies... Don't look a gift horse in the mouth!

Are your scores higher on EX and EQ than they are on TU?
