Questions on this process

So I'm in a current Ch 7 right now. Everything seems to be going as it should but I've got a few questions.
1- Mission lane is sending me emails and telling me I'm preapprived for their card. Is that legit?  I thought I had to wait until discharge. I just want to make sure I do my rebuild correctly.
2- I'm getting 3-4 letters in the mail every day from car dealerships telling me I can buy a car now, even before the discharge. Is that true? I have a paid off car that I'm keeping and I was not planning to buy a car, so that's more of a curiosity thing.

3- I got a letter in the mail with a "notice of appearance" from one of my creditors. Does that mean they are sending someone to the 341 meeting?  It seems really odd to me since it's an old charged off account with a balance of well under $100. Seems odd that they'd go to that extent but it's all new to me.

Do not apply until after your discharge , rebuilding is a marathon not a race .

You will get offers for car loans as they know you can't file BK again  (for quite some time) so they know that and your rates will be high, if you have a car keep that .

A Notice of Appearance and Requests for Notices is a pleading filed in a bankruptcy case by an attorney indicating that they are representing the particular party (frequently creditor) in the bankruptcy case. By doing so, they are not proposing any action to the bankruptcy court, but asking to be included on the creditor list to get notices that are sent out in the case--notices of hearing, comfirnations ,motions, discharges, and so forth.

good luck on your fresh start

Your score will also get a little bump when discharged . Just make sure all accounts show included in BK and zero balance once dischargec.
