Just an update my last payment was Wednesday. I signed the 1328 stuff as part of the motion to discharge. Hearing is out to 7/27 but attorney says he put objections to end on 7/8 so if he can get the motion ordered the week of 7/11 he will. I've been fighting hard to do a VA refinance due to rates and the mortgage company is good with my credit but says to process I need the trustee or the judge to approve new credit. The lender said the trustee can draft a letter and authorize it without a judge. Any body ever do that? I'm wondering if and how fast he will respond and get me what I need. Mortgage rates are nuts and I'm trying to close before rates get even higher. What do you guys think?
