Something is VERY STRANGE ! My TransUnion droppped 24 pts and my REAL Name is gone ?

Hello everyone, 

SOmething is very weird and not sure what is going one with my credit report TransUNION.

I claimed Bankrupsy one year ago this June. I did not start to rebuild anythng yet but was added to my moms card as authorized usr and they were reporting it on both Transunion and Equiifax. 

Today I looked and my Transunion dropped 24 pts. My legal name and address are totallay gone. My Capotol one card info is all gone too. ALl the hard inquiroes are all gone. 

My score was 700 in March and now it says 694 in April thriugh May

I do not know hwy my legal name is gone and my nickname is only on there,

The Equifax is still showing everything the same for the last 7 months and reporting name, address, capitol one authoirized user. 

SO now I have ZERO on everything on my transuinon with a low score . My score was much higher after bankrupsy , I just not sure what I can or should do ? Any idea what happened ? thanks so much for all  your help. I really apprecaite it. 

PS. I also have a freeze on my TU.

Sorry I meant to say my score now says :

TransUnion is 684 dropped 24 pts and says Nothing has changed. 

I am not sure why my legal name is totally gone and only my nickname is on there. I have my legal first name on the credit card that Iam an authorized user on. It was actually helping me rebuild my score at 715 at one point. 

Many years ago, TransUnion  said I had 2 separate reports . Is it possible they became separate again ? I was hoping to start rebuilding my credit and now its even lower than after my bankruptcy and I have NO CREDIT and NO Cards.

I see this on Credit Karma boards. I also looked at my actual report at TransUnion  and it does not have my legal name, address, business name or any credit inquiries. It also does not show the one and only card I'm on as authorized user and as it did for the last 7 months.

I heard that you can get your reports for free on a frequent basis instead of annually for the near future, so the first thing that I would do is pull a TU report directly. On occasion the front end software of credit monitoring services will glitch and not have correct information.

If you pulled your actual report from TU you may have some kind of split file. Which is not something I know how to deal with, sorry. Hopefully someone with knowledge on this will come by.

Thank you so much, I really appreciate you helping me. I was just wondering why all the cc offers in the mail stopped. So I looked at my reports and found out why, lol...hope someone knows how I can hopefully try to fix this.

Pull your Transunion report from annualcreditreport.com (it's free).  That is the most comprehensive version of your report available online and doesn't include the fluff user-friendly interface.  If your information is incomplete there, then you'll know it's a definately report issue and not a user-interface issue. 

If your report is, in fact, incomplete then you very well may be experiencing a split file.  In this case, you'll need to contact Transunion customer service to rectify and it may take a few days and several phone calls. 

Certainly seems like a split file since the problem is occurring on both the Transunion and Credit Karma websites.
