Something weird

I settled my Capital One car loan back in 2018. I received the title and never thought about it again. This morning, I received an alert that the loan was included in bankruptcy. Didn't add them in although I did have a couple Cap 1 cards IIB. Anybody seen something like this?

Notifications have been received many times from customers/owners that filed bankruptcy that owes nothing to the company where I work. Some had not done business with us for years. Sometimes I believe the attorney submits everyone to the court just in case.

This is normal. You can go to Pacer.org and look up your petition. It will have a section that shows everyone that was notified..
