Well 341 is over....

I've been lurking on the forum for years now, I can honestly say there's a lot of encouragement on this site, don't know if I would have been as relaxed during 341. Hearing took all but one minute and I was done, now comes the waiting for a discharge.

One unfortunate this is my cap one card and five year history is showing restricted, card has $100 balance with $3000 limit. Does anyone know if I'll have cut my losses with the card and start over?

What are some do's and don't while I wait for discharge?

Also I did not burn cap one in bankruptcy for obvious reason

I had 2 accounts with zero balance or very low balance and they were closed. Zales I owed about $85 and told them I wanted to keep paying but they said no. That's they're policy. They just close it.

Made me wish I had gone in there and gotten my wife some new bling

Cap1 is usually very quick to hear about BK, even on a $0 bal card. Chances are they will let you back in though

Got a call from cap1 about reopening my account, she told me that they're considering itgive, her 3-5 days to do some research. Hopefully this will be good news!

My $0 Cap1 card was closed when I filed BK and they forced me to reapply. That would be awesome if you could reopen the same TL! Good luck

I'll be amazed if they just re open the card. Everywhere I've worked we always made people fill out a new credit app since we had to see if they had credit worthy of the card w limits they had before we closed them.
