Hi all! Me again! We have WF as our mortgage lender. We were just sent a notice of appearance by their attorneys. WHAT does this mean? My attorney hasn't gotten back to me yet! Thanks!

Did you reaffirm your mortgage or no.

No. Our attorney never explained to us about reaffirming the house or cars. I happened to stumble across that word one day and called him to ask what it meant. He said it's something we'll discuss after our 341 meeting later this month.

It means your lender's attorney wants to get copies of whatever gets filed/mailed out in the case.  Not a big deal and is standard operating procedure for most mortgage lenders.
