Just received confirmation of completed disputes from EX. Wells Fargo still reporting as neg item after 4 months of payments. Reaffirmed on account in BK Ch 7. Seems account shows still 150 days behind and did not update new balance, only last payment amount which is about 1/2 of what they say the payment should be. They dropped amount from 19,000 to around 10,000 but still says owe 18,599 (on 11,000 car).
should this report as in positive standing? says won't be until September 2014??? How do I change this????
