chapter 13 payments

Question. If my chapter 13 payment so far is based on paying back my creditors 100%, if not all creditors filed a claim by the due date ( I think thats 70 days after case is filed??? ) . Can that mean my payments will go down? My Ch. 13 was filed 10/15/2024 and my trustee meeting was 12/03/2024.

NAL but IMO I don't believe once the plan is confirmed it'll change without going through a process with the court, I believe if creditors fail to file it just means you end sooner since you're in a 100% case (the payment amount is based upon your budget, not what's owed)

I asked my lawyer the same question.  He said yes, the payment could go down.  What I am paying now is the max but after the 341 and everything ends, it will probably drop. My 341 is sometime in the next couple weeks.  I don't know the exact date.
