i filed a chapter 13 oct 2003 and changed my mind and it was dismissed. my report reads it was
filed oct i,2003, when should i ask that it be removed,and will my score increase when it does get
removed?

I would pull your report in Nov... it should come off on it's own.

Right - it should come off on its own from your Experian and TransUnion report. They report dismissed CH 13 BK's for 7 years. Equifax reports dismissed CH 13 BK's for ten years. (All 3 CRA's report discharged CH 13 BK's for seven years).
