Ladybug, I suggest you check with the lawyer who handled your BK and get his advice.
Where I live, and at the time I filed my BK, it was my responsibility to list the creditors I wanted to include; also, if I had credit accounts at a zero balance (paid in full) at the time I filed, they had the option of continuing the account or closing it once they learned of the BK filing. Any creditor that did not respond and file a claim has no recourse against me. There were two businesses reprimanded
by my bankruptcy judge because they failed to file a claim, but then turned the accounts over to the credit bureaus and refused to pull them. **Please note that I filed in September 2005 and the bankruptcy laws changed as of Ocotber 1, 2005.
You can always add a statement to those accounts that were paid in full or on time, or, you can add a general statement to your credit report.
