I did the math and realized that what I spend annually would cover about double what the prime annual fee is. So, getting a 5% Amazon Prime card was obvious.
However I'm 3/24 and still plan on adding 2 additional useful Chase cards in the next 6-7 months. So, since I can apply via sole proprietor with the small eBay business I do annually I figured what the heck.
So, I was approved. $2500 starting limit, $3000 actual limit. I don't plan on ever spending $3k at a time and since this card doesn't report, it's more than enough for now. It'll grow after I've grown my ED card first.
Also i forgot to mention, I haven't received a HP, so Amex did a SP on me from having the ED card already.

When you're first approved, they give you your card number and limit that you can immediately use. From what I remember, the approval page showed the full amount but listed the lower limit as being available. Once the physical card arrived, you can access the full CL.
Awesome! I picked up this card a few months ago and I've already earned $50 using the 5% option. You can also go for 90 days no interest, but IMO the 5% is the better option. Congrats on your approval.
Thanks! I just used my $125 gift card on some things i had been putting off ordering, so i haven't put any spend on the card yet. I PIF so i don't need 90 day terms but it's definitely a very nice option to have. I like how you can choose 90 days or 5% on every purchase also, if i ever feel the need to do 90 day terms.

Congratulations on your Approval..
