I just got an email offering $250 bonus after $6K spend in 4 months on the Amex Blue Business Cash card. I had this card before and closed it a year and a half ago. However there was no previous cardholder restriction on the offer so I went for it and got approved with no pop-up.
Looks like Amex gave me another bite at the apple. You might want to keep an eye out on your inbox, even if you've already had this card.
