So long story short have had gold personal/business card before. Last business gold delta was approx. 3 years ago and cancelled. Got targeted with no lifetime language offer for 80k miles. In middle of mortgage had 1 personal and 3 business revolvers and figured what they heck lets try as have tons of money I need to spend on new house being built and couldn't have a new account hit personal credit or inquiry so threw the dice as nothing to lose. Initially said under review for about 10 seconds and approval shortly after. Exposure with Amex approx 95k.
edit other DP's.. Amex holder since 1997, fico around 790 on EXP. Turned down for other bonuses in last few years due to obvious reasons. Business Income 1500 provided. Personal 6 figures. Any other questions if curious feel free to ask. Thank gosh the pop-ups have stopped for the time being as went years with getting them!
Chatted today to ensure that indeed eligible for bonus again as last had the card in 2017.
Congrats on your approval!
Congrats! 10K is a nice CL. You confirmed there was no HP on your reports, right?

Thanks yes as alerts would of gone off and all 3 CRA's are on lock until mortgage is done
Congratulations! I've been thinking about this card myself.
Congrats on your Amex Delta Gold Business approval!
Congratulations on your Business Delta Gold approval!
Very nicely done ✅ Congratulations on the approval!
You can definitely play in the sandbox, but only if you're 'invisible'😜. I snuck out about a month ago for Delta Platinum cuz, you know...the SUB was just too juicy to pass up and I was twiddling my thumbs that afternoon.

Thanks yes the sub was to high to turn down! Bonuses such as what you mentioned at elevated levels are hard to pass by
