Approved Fuelman MC what expenses are allowed?

Tested on auto insurance payment but card was denied with code "MCC IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE", says use anywhere MC is accepted. Other users say can be used for other business expenses. Does anyone have experience with this card?
Was warned they are a pain to deal with.

A Fuelman rep sent me another Fuelman MC last week and told me they had increased my limit, and to use it for ALL of my business purchases. The previous card (Fuelman MC which still works) is only for gas and maintenance. I'll make a purchase today and see what's up.

They basically look the same. The first card says FLEET - Vehicle card. Fuel & Maintenance Locations Only.  The second card says MULTI.

I can confirm the Fuelman MC Multi works for me. I just used it to renew my SiriusXM subscription.
