December 5thGood morning everyone! On December 5th, I applied for the NBKC Business Cash Preferred Visa and got a message saying they will need additional information and that I would receive a letter in the mail in 7-10 days or to give them a call. I waited about a week and gave them a call to check the status of my application. They said there are too many recent inquiries and wanted me to explain. I recently purchased a truck for my business, so that's where the inquiries came from. The CSR said okay and sent it up for manual review and it would take 3-5 days. Yesterday, I received a letter from them saying I was denied due to too many recent inquiries. I thought that was odd, and figured they sent that letter before the manual review. Well this morning, I received an email stating that I was approved for the card with a starting limit of 3000$! It's not a whole bunch, but it's pretty good for my first business card!
@Misfit88 I've removed part of your images, there was still too much personal info.

Congratulations.
Never heard of this bank before but after checking it out they offer an array f business cards.
Let us know if it reports to business or personal once you know.
Will do! They're a small local bank in KCK.
Congrats on your new biz card. Nice 3% at gas stations.
Nice approval! This is an Elan backed card BTW...
Congrats on the approval! Did you have a personal checking account or business checking account with NBKC before applying for the business credit card?
This explains the sensitivity to inquiries

Yes, I have a 2 business accounts with them. And I recently opened a personal account to transfer money to my Chase account, because for some reason, I can't transfer money using my business account.
So far it hasn't reported to my personal credit report.
