Bank of America (BofA) Product Change Possible?

I have several business cards with Bank of America and was wondering if anyone had been able to successfully product change recently. I have two BofA Business Advantage Customized Cash Rewards (BACCR) cards as well as the Alaska Airlines Business Visa card. I changed one of the BACCR cards from Mastercard to Visa last year sometime. Does anyone know if Bank of America allows product changes from one of the BACCR cards to another Alaska Airliness Business Visa card? Also, in general, has anyone been able to product change between BofA business cards without too much trouble? I found more information about product changes on the personal side but very little on the business side. Thank you.

Following up on my own question, I called Bank of America today and asked if I could product change either of my BofA Business Advantage Customized Cash Rewards cards to an Alaska Airlines Business Visa card. I was told that it is not possible because Bank of America "just manages the Alaska credit cards for them." I can change to another cash rewards card which means the BofA Business Advantage Unlimited Cash Rewards card (1.5% cash back) which I am not interested in at this time. I will try calling again and report back as well. Hopefully I get a different response but I am not hopeful.
