Not sure if any of you have experienced the transition from the old websites, jetbluebusinesscard or aviatorbusinesscard, to the existing personal side of Barclaycardus - but my goodness they botched it.
I tried to make a payment three days before the so called "August 12th" transition, to this date I have been charged with payment reversal fees, late payment fees and I cannot activate a employee's card because their systems are still in transition. I understand there will be some growing pains with the transition but my goodness this is terrible. I have called every other day asking for an update and they keep throwing out these arbitrary dates of when the system should be online.
I just want to collect my SUB and get out of there! Sorry for the rant, just upset they haven't figured it out yet.
