I posted to the company that it looked like they did SP but when it sent out for bidding, those companies would do HP... they said to get the offers all the companies have agreed to SP and if part of final approval they need HP, it will be in terms of the initial offer.
I'm waiting for 2 accounts to update on my credit before i proceed but wanted to see if anyone has experience and gone all the way through and taken a loan.
