No credit card required
Browse credit cards from a variety of issuers to see if there's a better card for you.
Trying to figure out how to apply for business credit cards no pg when the time comes. Looks like all business cards I see require a PG though it seems people say they get them without. How? They all seem to ask for social can’t leave blank or it won’t let you continue and the app isn’t like Staples and stuff where you can select no PG. So can someone who has done it recently explain how? Thanks.
The only small business credit card of the Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover variety that does not require a personal PG is the Sams Club Mastercard. There are no others. There are plenty of credit lines that you can open w/o a PG but not major credit cards.
I personally would rather deal with Amex or Chase for a PG based credit card for a no annual fee card and use that to build business credit up. As long as you pay, it won’t affect personal credit negatively. Synchrony has a bad reputation and I don’t know which business bureaus it reports to. If you have a shady business, might as well stiff Synchrony and take them for all they got hoping they don’t come after you, but if you are a legitimate business trying to build credit, real issuers even with Personal Guarantee are superior and will lead to a lot less hassles. One can get a 0% Purchase or other strong promotions which are very helpful.
I wonder if anyone created a business and actually defaulted on Sams Club and Synchrony and what the outcome was. I believe people see the No PG and think that alone makes a card better but it seems counterintuitive for business owners at the beginning.

Right, I always here no PG so I thought it was the way to go. I mainly do it because in in the garden now after citi shut down 5 personal cards for inquiries. So I'm not touching personal credit until 2020 unless an offer I can refuse pops up and even then it has to be after the 6 month mark. Also imma try to stay under 5/24 and I heard some business accounts do report as new accounts to chase even if its business.
Only if they report to your personal credit and that would only be Capital One and Discover business cards. Chase doesn’t count any other business cards, even their own, towards 5/24

I think SouthJamaica said that TD Business also reports to personal credit. So that would be three to avoid if you don't want it on your personal reports: Capital One, Discover and TD.

That’s correct and thank you for pointing that one out. Thought I might have forgotten about one.
