Capital One spark Business, PNC business Recon advice

So after starting a new corporation, obtaining experian BIN. D&B, opening uline, nav amd seton net 30. I opened wells fargo business checking with merchant services, denied bloc due to a charge off from 2019 ish, no baddies since. Know it's early but decided to apply for PNC and capital one business cards to be hopeful and optimistic to get my finances and reoccurring obligations under corporation as is my payroll, taxes to business accounts, keep the books simple. But was denied at both. Any recommendations on recon sources or information would be great as the inquires at this point in my journey have left me in a but of a pickle lol.

I don't have experience with PNC, but as far as CapOne goes, if you applied for the Spark Cash Plus, when you call to recon, consider asking for the Spark Cash Select (good credit - not the one for excellent credit) or the Spark Cash Classic (fair credit). I *think* these cards only appear on your personal reports and not your business report, but someone more seasoned can chime in and say for sure. Be clear in asking that they consider this from your existing pulls and you're not authorizing another HP (or three.)

Update. Emailed Capitalone over weekend, also PNC for reconsideration. Received alerts from credit monitoring my transunion repot was accessed today, originally is was experian(677) on the automated denial, by cap one. Hopefully it goes well. Will provide more details as I recieve any further communication.
