Decided to go for the Chase IHG One Rewards Premier Business Credit Card with the $99 AF. It was 4k spend for 140k points and 1 FNC per year. I stay at IHG Hotels & Resorts quite a bit, and the free night is easy to use for good value. I also have the personal OG $49 card with the FNC certificate as well.
Approval amount was only 5k as a sole prop, but it gives me what I need to hit the bonus easily enough. Experian HP score was 836 at the time of application with 4 inquiries in 24 months along with 4 personal cards reporting in 24 months although 7 cards in 24 months if include this most recent business approval as 3 business cards in last 24 months 1 US Bank and 2 chase business cards.
It wasn’t an elevated SUB, but 4k spend in 3 months is easy enough, and as mentioned, the 140k points and yearly FNC are worth it for me. Current hotel cards are the Marriott Bonvoy Brilliant American Express Card, which somehow gives me an 85k certificate and a 35k one each year the last few years (bug?), and now 2x IHG cards for 2 free night certificates. Those are the only hotel cards I have, although I do considerable UR transfers to Hyatt each year as well. Around 100k in combined business/personal credit limits with Chase.
