I am starting a business and I got approved for Chase Ink Cash as my first biz card 
The SL is only 4k, while I expect ~10k expenses in the first month. Is there a way to request CLI right after approval (without another HP)?
Also, the card is not added to my account yet. Is it possible to use the card virtually, before its physical arrival?

DP from yesterday: I recon'd my CIC limit and was informed that it would just be a soft pull. I dont know if it differs on the business side or maybe a timing thing (called 10 mins after approval).
Im not sure of any way to use the card before its activated, but you can call and request them to expedite the card (2-3 business days vs 5-7)
I called them for an expedite shipment and it should arrive in 1-2 biz days. The CLI request did not get approved (I guess, because my credit reports were locked ). Anyway, I will receive its letter soon to see the reasons.
I heard that Chase would do auto CLI on some ink cards. So, I guess, it is better to leave the card as it is.

Many folks have reported auto CLI's if the card gets a lot of action.
It is a nice card to have.

Congrats on the card. They soft pull now so I doubt your credit being locked have anything to do with the denial. I did the same exact thing you did when I got my card and asked for a higher limit while all my reports were locked and they increased my starting limit.
I looked over various forums and getting a low SL on Chase business cards seems to be normal. It is not a big issue, since in future there is a high chance to receive auto CLI.
Anyway, there is a chance that the transactions above SL would get declided. I would cover them with my Amex Business Gold with SL of 10k.
